This 2-day Specialist certification training will equip building, district, and regional leaders with the tools, resources, and skills to successfully implement a Proactive and Responsive Discipline framework. Grounded in implementation science, the training focuses on adult behavior change, belonging, and systems alignment to create consistent, dignity-centered discipline within a multi-tiered system of support.
