Do you need help getting a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework brought to life in your school or district? At CharacterStrong, we uniquely approach MTSS by focusing on what adults need to change their behaviors, improve over time, and reach sustainable implementation that will result in better student outcomes.
The CS Implementation Impact Package will get you just what you need to get started with the foundational components of an MTSS framework, including how to weave strategic implementation into a model that starts with foundational Tier 1 support and works to integrate a problem-solving process for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. This package is designed for a school-based or district-based coach/leader and their MTSS team and includes a 3-hr virtual training, 1.5 days of an in-person consultation, and virtual follow-up coaching support.

Explore how district & building teams can use implementation science to create the conditions for consistent high-fidelity and sustained delivery of effective practices within an MTSS framework. 2. Understand the importance of establishing Clarity, Competence, and Consistency among educators to bring to life MTSS in a way that results in better student outcomes. 3. Outline practices all educators need to become competent in delivering with regard to MTSS at the Tier 1 foundational level and what teams need to support at the Tier 2 & Tier 3 level.

1.5 Days of In-Person Consultation: Bringing the work to life in your system

Create a model focused on the outcomes, practices, and implementation supports needed to bring this to life.

Develop a plan for implementation, including timelines, dissemination, and communication strategies.
Coaching Support Calls: Increasing internal capacity (4 1-hr calls)
Objectives:

Continue to build team competence and confidence in the work (2 calls).

Working with an internal coach(es) to build the capacity of educators to become confident and confident in delivering the selected MTSS practices (2 calls).
Investment: $17,499
Logistics: The CharacterStrong team will work with the building or district team to create a year-long training plan at the onset of the contract.
