Purchase a Coaching Support Package that gives you 1-on-1 access to an implementation coach.
Leaders and leadership teams will sign up for 4 coaching calls which include structured information gathering to assess progress and current needs.
Coaching calls are designed to support leaders and leadership teams to build internal capacity to support educator readiness and high-fidelity use of SERVE Model practices (and CharacterStrong curriculum for schools that have it) to achieve meaningful changes in student outcomes.
