Schindler’s List

Schindler's List tells the true story of a Oscar Schindler, a selfish german  who owned an ammunitions factory for Nazi Germany. He was influenced by his Jewish accountant and begins using his factory and money to save Jews who would have been sent to the concentration camps. As the scene begins, he is informed that he has no more money and that the war is coming to an end. As a member of the Nazi party, this means he will be hunted, despite standing up for justice. He addresses the people he has saved and tells them he must leave. After, the Jewish people he has saved demonstrate the Amazing Law of Influence by giving him an amazing gift

Service Dog to “SURFice” Dog

A dog handler trains her pet to be a service dog from the time it is a young puppy, only to find out that the dog has a knack for chasing birds. The owner is bummed until she finds out the dog has a gift for surfing! The dog then uses that skill to help a paralyzed young man raise money for his medical costs. The video has an inspiring ending when it shows the boy walking with assistance for the first time.

Terry Fox Runs

ESPN tells the true story of Terry Fox, a young man from Canada who battled cancer and wanted to raise money for cancer awareness and research. Terry had his leg amputated during his battle and afterwards trained for 14 months on his artificial leg before embarking on an quest to run across Canada east to west. He planned on doing this by running a marathon a day! The story is both touching, heartbreaking, and definitely inspiring. (The extra special connection in this story is Terry’s age and what he was able to do, which connects with many students.)

The Amazing Law of Influence

Practicing random acts of kindness is contagious. Video clip starts with a construction worker helping a young boy who has fallen on his skateboard and then the camera continues to follow as the boy helps another person and then the chain keeps on going until the very end when a waitress notices the construction worker hard at work in the street and bring him a cold glass of water.
