Service Dog to “SURFice” Dog

A dog handler trains her pet to be a service dog from the time it is a young puppy, only to find out that the dog has a knack for chasing birds. The owner is bummed until she finds out the dog has a gift for surfing! The dog then uses that skill to help a paralyzed young man raise money for his medical costs. The video has an inspiring ending when it shows the boy walking with assistance for the first time.

Anthony Robles

Anthony Robels was born with one leg and now is a National Champion in Division I College Wrestling. He is now receiving an award for perseverance. This clip features his mother explaining his story of overcoming the odds and rising above what other expected of him. While accepting the award, Anthony thanks his mother for pouring into him and for teaching him to never let what he cannot do interfere with what he can do.
