James C. Hunter

Jim is the author of two (2) internationally best-selling books - The Servant, subtitled A Simple Story About the True Essence of Leadership and The World's Most Powerful Leadership Principle:  How to Become a Servant Leader.

Super Bowl Champion and Seattle Seahawks Wide Receiver. Mr. Baldwin has had a consistent presence the past few years at the Servus Leadership Conference and will be joining us again to add insight into how the principles of servant-leadership and character development 


This year's conference will be combining both high school and middle level student leaders, as well as provide an opportunity for business leaders and parents to come and will include many new features given our new location. Attendees will be inspired as well as provided tools that will help them identify the why of leadership as well as practical ideas to positively impact their organizations and communities by personally growing as a leader.

  • Student Leaders from your major Clubs and Activities (FCCLA, DECA, FBLA, FFA, Etc.)
  • Students who you see potential in
  • Athletic Captains
  • Coaches, Advisers, Administrators
  • Local Business Leaders and Parents are also encouraged to come and can either buy tickets at the door or purchase a sponsorship package and bring their employees, friends, and family.
