All-In Package

Our CS Implementation All-In Package is designed just for you. We will support your system with 4 in-person training sessions (a total of 24 hrs) to help your district, region, or state team bring to life MTSS. At CharacterStrong, we uniquely approach MTSS by focusing on what the adults in the system need to be able to change their behaviors, improve over time, and reach sustainable implementation that will result in better outcomes for students. We will weave in work you’ve already launched, fill in gaps, and provide additional tools and resources to make this work happen. We will provide you with 6, 60-min virtual coaching sessions to support you and build internal infrastructure to keep this work going in your system over time.

 Day 1:  The Human-Centered Approach to MTSS

Objectives:

  1. Explore how district & building teams can use implementation science to create the conditions for consistent high-fidelity and sustained delivery of effective practices within an MTSS framework.

  2. Understand the importance of establishing Clarity, Competence, and Consistency among educators to bring to life MTSS in a way that results in better student outcomes.

  3. Outline practices all educators need to become competent in delivering regarding MTSS at the Tier 1 foundational level and what teams need to support at the Tier 3 & Tier 3 level.

 Day 2:  Backwards Design for Success

Objectives:

  1. Create a model focused on the outcomes, practices, and implementation supports needed to bring this to life.

  2. Develop a plan for implementation, including timelines, dissemination, and communication strategies.

 Day 3:  Empowering Building Level Teams

Objectives:

  1. Training teams around the district vision of MTSS to include:

    • Understanding the importance of implementation

    • Understanding the district vision of the work

    • Creating building-level implementation plans

 Day 4:  Building Internal Infrastructure to Sustain the Work

Objectives:

  1. Creating a culture where Implementation Leadership and Implementation Climate are prioritized.
  2. Outlining the training, coaching, and onboarding supports that are required to sustain the initiative.
  3. Addressing district or state policies that may accelerate or hinder the work and planning around them.

 Coaching Support Calls:  Increasing internal capacity (Six 1-hr calls)

  1. Continue to build team competence and confidence in the work (3 calls)
  2. Working with an internal coach(es) to build the capacity of educators to become confident and competent in delivering the selected MTSS practices (3 calls)

  • Adult Readiness Assessment Tools & Teaming Inventories

 Investment: $46,999 

Logistics: The CharacterStrong team will work with the building or district team to create a year-long training plan at the onset of the contract.
